Dr. Mohana Arul pursued her B.Tech in SVCE and MBA in Washington State University. She developed a System Dynamics Model for assessing the Learning Curve Effect of MNCs to earn her Ph.d. in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University, USA. She is also a Licensed International Financial Analyst.

She started her career in 2000 at CTLT, Pullman as a software programmer and from 2003 to 2011 served as a teaching faculty in SNHU. She also served as the Asst. Director, at IBM Lab @ SNHU, a Research & Modelling Centre granted by the US Department of Education.

Motivated by Thirukkural, she decided to start a family in India and moved back in 2006, and founded a real-estate company Vasantham Residentials. In 2014, she co-founded Iceberg Ventures Pvt., Ltd. a construction company and Akilam ERP a Software concern specialising in Construction ERP.

Deeply influenced by the teachings of Kambavarthy Ilangai Jeyaraj Ayya, she was involved in the organization of Thirukkural Classes, along with friends & family at Maharishi Vidya Mandir Chetpet in 2017.

Because of God’s grace, these classes grew as Karka Kasadara Trust and currently has followers around world. She is currently serving as the Secretary of Trust.
